Our approach
We check the contract before you sign, monitor settlement deadlines, and liaise with banks, real estate agents, and the other party’s lawyer. We use e-conveyancing where possible to reduce paperwork and speed up settlement.
Common questions
When should I send the contract to a lawyer?
Before you sign, if possible. We can review special conditions, identify risks, and negotiate changes.
Do you act for both parties in a transfer between family members?
Usually no. We act for one party and recommend the other party obtain independent advice.
What is e-conveyancing?
It is the electronic settlement system that transfers title and funds on settlement day without paper cheques or physical attendance.
