Wayne Mort, Principal Solicitor

Wayne Mort is the principal solicitor at Mort & Associates. He founded the firm in 2001 and has worked continuously from the Cannington office since then.

His practice covers commercial law, family law, probate and deceased estates, property law and conveyancing, taxation, and wills and enduring powers. Clients deal directly with Wayne on their matter, not a rotating cast of junior staff.

Mort & Associates was established in 2001 to provide legal services to clients in the southern suburbs of Perth and beyond. Our office is at 2/15 Pattie Street, Cannington, a short distance from Westfield Carousel and with parking available nearby.

Over the years the firm has advised local families, small-business owners, property buyers and sellers, executors, and individuals on a wide range of legal matters. We have built the practice on repeat referrals and long-term client relationships rather than advertising volume.
